An iPad app for hydrologists to collect water meter readings. It features:

  • Dropbox integration to automatically sync data collected in the field
  • Add the water districts/wells you need to monitor to your Dropbox, and all your devices will be updated seamlessly.
  • Efficient design for fast data collection
  • CSV export
  • KML/KMZ overlays of township and range
  • Map view shows user location for navigation in the field.
  • One Dropbox can be used with an unlimited number of devices, perfect for teams of any size.
  • Data is saved on device and synced to Dropbox, so you never lose your data.

Technical Features:

  • Written in Swift 3.x.
  • Concurrent Core Data (disk writes and data sync with Dropbox happen on a background thread to ensure a responsive user experience).
  • KML parser (bridged from Obj-C to Swift)
